@MIGU we offer expertise in the latest postal regulations and mailing services, processing over 3 million pieces of mail each year.
Many of the pieces that MIGU prints each year are designed to be mailed, and we have the ability to handle that too! We mail everything from postcards and self-mailers to publications and collated envelope packages. We sort, address, stuff, seal and mail millions of pieces every year.
It all begins with your mail list. First we CASS and NCOA certify with our USPS approved postal software. Upon request, we can also remove duplicate records based on your desired specifications. And we presort whenever possible to ensure you receive the best postal rates for first class and bulk mail.
When it comes to production, we maximize efficiencies and minimize costs with our inline fugitive gluer for sealing self mailers, wafer sealer for mailers and publications, and automatic inserter for envelopes up to 9" x 12" with as many as six inserts.
If you have a non-profit permit, MIGU can mail at the reduced postage rates. We'll just need to know your CRID and non-profit authorization numbers!
